Mack CH613 1993 & Prior  Set Back Front Axle Chrome Bumper. If your truck is 1994 to 2004 or is a set forward axle this bumper will be different. But is also available. This bumper is manufactured by Valley Chrome Plating, the premier bumper manufacturer in North America and features fog light holes, tow hitch hole(s), step hole(s), breaks back 23.75 inches, and  is 14 inches tall. The measurements from the left outside mounting bracket to the right outside mounting bracket is 80.75 inches. If your bracket measures 78.75 inches this will not be the correct bumper.
