Important - To determine the proper location for the FILL NECK you must ALWAYS measure from the center of the left weld seam regardless if the tank will be mounted on the driver or ditch (passenger) side. Measure over to the “center” point of the fill neck. It is important that the selected center location of the fill neck does not obstruct the fuel tank mounting straps. The fill neck DOES NOT have to be located in the exact same location as the OEM tank. Select a fill neck location that does not obstruct the mounting straps and can be easily accessed.

To determine the proper location for the DRAW/RETURN you must ALWAYS measure from the center of the left weld seam regardless if the tank will be mounted on the driver or ditch (passenger) side. Measure over to the “center” point of the LEFT most tube of the Draw/Return. It is important that the selected center location of the Draw/Return does not obstruct the fuel tank mounting straps. The Draw/Return fittings DO NOT have to be located in the exact same location as the OEM tank. However, they need to be close enough in proximity that the tubes can attach properly.

These fuel tanks are certified to meet all federal safety standards and are manufactured using OEM grade aluminum with automated seam welds. The fuel tanks have passed standard OEM drop tests. Fuel tanks are available in standard natural aluminum finish and high polished finish.
