A written order may be required when delivery or shipping is involved. The customer is solely responsible for proper vehicle/product identification. With a full VIN# provided to one of our salesmen, we may be able to determine the correct fitting part, however we are not liable for any parts that do not fit the Vehicle. Inspection and fit-up is recommended prior to painting to ensure proper fit. Painted Hoods and/or Bumpers are not returnable; NO EXCEPTIONS.
All goods are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship when received and are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. All warranties are limited to and not to exceed cost of defective product. Inspection and fit-up is recommended prior to painting to ensure proper fit.
All shipments are F.O.B. Pacoima, CA 91331, or from various shipping point warehouses throughout the contiguous United States, unless other arrangements have been made for pickup. All pickup sales, depending on stock availability, can be picked up from our corporate warehouse address: 12239 Montague St. Pacoima, CA 91331. Items for pickup that are not stocked in our CA warehouse may be subject to shipping charges, depending on the item for sale.
Every effort has been made to ensure your order has been accurately and properly packaged. If for any reason there is anything missing or there are damages, such as scratches or dents, please contact us immediately.
It is the responsibility of the carrier for delivery of the merchandise in good condition. If you receive an opened or damaged package/crate, have the driver write “DAMAGED” on the delivery sheet. Contact the delivering freight carrier so they can send a representative to inspect the damaged package/crate.
If the damage is not noticed until the merchandise is unpacked, notify Arrow Truck Parts immediately by phone and in writing. You must file your claim within 5 days of the original delivery date. Arrow Truck Parts is not responsible for damage received in transit, however we can attempt to assist in the handling of your claim.
No goods will be accepted for return without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from Arrow Truck Parts. Request must state condition of goods and reason for return. Returned goods will have shipment methods arranged by Arrow Truck Parts and will be subject to a restock and handling charge of 25%. Depending upon the condition of crating/packaging there may be a charge to repackage the goods. If the returned items have been improperly repackaged and damage has resulted, reduced or no credit may be given. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be considered after 30 days from the original delivery date.
