Freightliner Cascadia Bumper
Custom build a Freightliner Cascadia Bumper in chrome steel or stainless steel. Choose a custom height, cutouts, light arrangements, frenched license plate, or even get custom laser cutouts and light box with a name or company logo. This replaces plastic bumpers only, and standard width radiator trucks only. Mounting brackets and Extension are included. These bumpers are direct OEM replacements and are made with laser cutting machines with precisely the same dimensions and fitment as OEM. The backside of all bumpers are coated with black anti-rust coating as standard from the factory. All custom bumpers are developed at Valley Chrome Plating, a premier truck bumper and chrome accessories manufacturer located in Fresno, CA. All custom built bumpers have a production time between 4-8 weeks and varies depending on the production cycle of the factory. For any custom bumper with custom text, light boxes, or a unique light arrangement, please contact us directly so that we may request a blueprint from the factory. This blueprint will clarify dimensions and layout of the custom bumper requested. Custom text cutout options can be found in the pictures section of this listing. All other light options and custom layout ideas are also listed in the pictures section. Customized license plate position and “frenched” style options are also available, including a lighted license plate. All bumpers ship LTL freight.

Please note that all oversized shipments will ship through standard LTL (Less Than Truckload) ground freight through our designated freight brokers. These shipments include, but are not limited to Bumpers, Hoods, Fairings, Grilles, and Any Other Oversized Parts.
Please be aware that shipments to Residential addresses or Farms, which are considered as Limited Access locations, will result in higher freight fees. This is due to the additional costs and complexities associated with these types of deliveries.
We strongly recommend providing a commercial address for shipping during your ordering process. This helps us maintain our commitment to efficient service and cost-effective shipping rates. In the event a residential address or a farm location is provided without prior notification and agreement, the customer will be held responsible for the additional delivery freight fees incurred. These fees will be billed separately and must be paid in full before your order can be delivered.

Warranty:
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our guarantees which ensure that all parts shipped from our multiple warehouses are free from blemishes, cracks, or manufacturer defects. If you encounter any issues related to warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Bumpers: We offer a 1-Year Warranty on all our Chrome Bumpers. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects including cracks, bends, or peeling of chrome plating. Please note that custom bumpers taller than 18” are only warrantied to be delivered free of manufacturer defects.
Hoods: Our hoods come with a 1-Year Warranty against any manufacturer defects. This includes any cracks, deformations, or natural material degradation. It is important to dry fit the hood to the vehicle before installation to ensure proper alignment and fit.
***Please be aware that our warranty does not cover damage incurred due to external forces. This includes but is not limited to damage from accidents, rock chips, or physical damage.
Grilles, Headlights & All Other Body or Engine Parts: We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all our grilles, headlights, and all other body or engine parts. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects, ensuring that you receive items that are free from any faults caused during the manufacturing process.
General Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, any modifications made to the product after leaving our facilities will void this warranty.
